Attorney Profile

Jennifer Vilca is an Associate Attorney at BFSNG Law Group, LLP. She concentrates her practice on real property law as well as civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Vilca has a diverse background in litigation inclusive of insurance defense, personal injury, and business transactions.

Ms. Vilca graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Concentration in American Literature) and as part of the university’s prestigious Legal Education Accelerated Program. Prior to attending law school she held judicial internships with the Honorable Judge Arthur D. Spatt for the Eastern District of New York and Judge Joseph A. Zayas in the Queens County Criminal Court.

While attending the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, Ms. Vilca served as an Articles Editor for Volume 57 of the Family Court Review and an executive board member of the Latin American Law Student Association. Upon completion of her J.D., Ms. Vilca received a public service award with respect to her work in the public sector.

Ms. Vilca is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United State District Court for the Eastern District of New York.   

She lives on Long Island with her husband and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
