Attorney Profile

Mark E. Cohen is a strong and devoted advocate to his clients in the fields of bankruptcy, debtor and creditors rights, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), and general litigation.  Mr. Cohen was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991, and to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York thereafter. 

Prior to joining the BFSNG Law Group, LLP, as an Of Counsel attorney in 2025, Mr. Cohen was a partner in the law firm of Pryor & Mandelup, L.L.P., and before that he maintained his own law practice from 2001 to 2021. 

Mr. Cohen graduated from New York University (summa cum laude) in 1987.  He received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1990. He is a member of the Consumer Lawyers Advocacy Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
